The website
This website is informational and does not sell products or process orders. All purchases are made in our physical stores, where age is verified in person as described below.
Our rules in stores
- We sell age-restricted products only to adults 21 or older. No exceptions.
- We require a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID from any customer who appears under 30. Acceptable IDs: driver’s license or state ID card, passport, or U.S. military ID. If a valid ID cannot be presented, the sale is refused.
- We check photo ID visually to confirm age; we do not scan, copy, or retain your identification document.
- We refuse any sale where we believe products are being purchased on behalf of a person under 21.
- Our staff are trained on age-verification requirements, and compliance is a condition of employment.
